How to change a reservation (change dates)

Change of plans, flights moved or the schedule at work changed? No problem, we offer flexibility. 

Changes to a direct reservation 

In case of a direct reservation with us (through this website), please write to us.

  • Changes can be made, if possible, see the calendar.
  • If it’s a small change, for zero fee. However, price differences may occur, since prices differ from week to week. See the reservation form
  • We will remove the old reservation. Then you can request the new, changed reservation
Changes to platform reservations 

Else, see the platform where you made the reservation:

  • in case of a reservation on Airbnb, please change your reservation there
  • in case of a reservation on Booking.com, please change your reservation there

On Airbnb and Booking.com, the guest must make changes himself, we as hosts cannot change the reservation.

The calendar is centralised. It is always the same calendar, regardless which platform.

How to cancel a reservation (cancellation policy)

Canceling a reservation is possible under certain conditions.

  • in case of a direct reservation made on this website, please write us a message
    • Cancel 30 days before checkin or earlier- get a full refund
    • Cancel less than 30 days before checkin- get a partial refund

Else, it might be fully or partially refunded. The Terms & Conditions of the platform where you made the reservation apply. For details and to make the cancellation:

  • Note that “non-refundable” (lower price) means that the reservation is generally not refundable
